In this role-playing game the player travels through a fantasy world battling against monsters with a sword and magic.
The game features the inner voices of friends and foes heard during battles, characters with unique occupations, and a free playing style featuring a number of options. This sophisticated game is completely different from conventional role-playing games.

Story
There used to be a giant tree called "World Tree" in the center of the world.
Up above the World Tree there were floating scales.
The sun and the moon were hanging from each arm of the scales.
One day had passed when the scales turned a full circle.
People called the side illuminated by the sun "Day" and the other side blocked by the World Tree "Night".
One day, people knew that World Tree had almost reached the end of its life.
Would the world die along with World Tree?

Game Play
1. The inner voices of friends and foes heard during battles
During battles, unspoken words in the hearts of friends and foes are displayed on the screen, allowing the player to guess the level of reliability of allies and the feelings of enemies.

2. Relationship with allies changes by a playerﾕs attitude
Mental states such as stress and relaxation are displayed in the "psychological gauge", and the level of the gauge is reflected in the power of the hero; stress caused by worry and fear will decrease the energy of the hero.Relationships with allies have an influence on the progress of the battles and on how the story unfolds. The level of reliability increases when the player gives good instructions to friends or buys items for them. The level decreases when the player gives bad instructions or show preference for a certain ally.

3. Lead character can be changed anytime during the game
.The lead character can be changed at anytime from a choice of ten characters. The other nine characters that are not chosen may stand in the way of lead character.

4. Over 40 unique occupations: warrior, wizard, cook, math teacher, etc.
.The charactersﾕ occupations change as they acquire various weapons; they become cooks when they get frying pans or math teachers when they get big compasses. The player can enjoy over 40 unique occupations simply by changing the weapons.
